How it works

  1. Set fees per class and student

    Each class has a monthly fee. On top of it you can switch on admission or re-admission, books, notebooks, NCERT, Hindi and Odia books, transport and miscellaneous fees, and give a concession to any student.

  2. Generate the month’s bills

    Pick the month and generate bills for every class in one go. Students who already have a bill for that month are skipped, so nobody is billed twice.

  3. Collect at the counter or online

    Record cash, cheque, UPI, card or bank transfer at the office. Parents can also pay from the parent portal to your UPI ID or bank account and send the reference.

  4. Approve and print

    Payments sent by parents wait in Awaiting approval. Approve or reject each one with a note. Approved payments get a receipt the parent can open and print.

Questions about fee management

Can I bill transport fee separately?

Yes. Assign a bus to a student and the bus fee is added to that student’s monthly bill as the transport fee.

What happens if a parent sends the wrong reference?

Reject the payment with a note. The bill is marked rejected and the parent can submit the payment again.

Can I give a discount to one student?

Yes. Add a concession name and amount to the student and it is taken off every bill for that student.
